Terms of Service
Effective 1 October 2026 · Version 1.1
These terms cover the Aerolite website and the Atlas dashboard. The two clauses worth reading before anything else: we record your live streams (section 4), and you keep ownership of everything you create (section 6).
1. Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Aerolite Creator Network ("Aerolite", "we")
and you. It applies when you use aerolitenetwork.com or sign in to the
Atlas dashboard.
Anyone may read this website. Accounts are separate: they exist only for creators signed with the network and for Aerolite's own founders.
Signing with the network may also involve a separate written agreement covering representation and revenue. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the signed agreement wins.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are created by an Aerolite founder. There is no public sign-up.
- You must be 18 or older.
- Keep your password to yourself. Do not share your account, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has it.
- The information you give us should be accurate — particularly the TikTok handle we attach to your account, since the wrong handle means we would record the wrong stream.
3. What Aerolite provides
To signed creators, depending on what has been agreed with you:
- Brand identity work — logo, brand guide, stream overlay, starting-soon and offline screens, channel banner, and a merchandise lineup.
- Merchandise produced with equipment we own, within what that equipment can physically make.
- Coaching and growth support from the founders.
- Atlas — the dashboard where you can watch your past streams back, cut clips from them, and see your own numbers.
Some parts of Atlas are still being built. Where a feature is not real yet, the tool says so rather than showing you an example and letting you assume it is yours.
4. Recording your streams
If you are a signed creator with recording enabled, Aerolite automatically records your public TikTok LIVE broadcasts — the video, plus the gifts, chat messages, follows and viewer counts that occur in the room while you are live.
It starts on its own when you go live. There is no per-stream prompt, which is the point: nobody has to remember to press record.
By accepting these terms you consent to that recording. Specifically, you agree that we may capture, store, and process recordings of your public broadcasts, and the public events within them, in order to provide the analytics, playback and clipping described above and to coach you on your performance.
What this does not permit:
- We do not publish your recordings or make them public.
- We do not sell or licence them to anyone.
- We do not post to your accounts on your behalf.
- We capture only what TikTok already shows publicly in your live room — never private messages, never your screen or camera outside the broadcast.
You can withdraw this at any time. Tell any founder and we will switch recording off for your account. That takes effect going forward; you can separately ask us to delete recordings we already hold, and we will.
Source recordings are deleted automatically after about 10 days. Clips you save are kept until you delete them. The full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
People in your chat
A recording of a live room necessarily includes what viewers publicly did in it — their usernames, messages and gifts. That was public at the time. Viewers can ask us to remove their entries, and we will. You do not need to obtain anything from your viewers for us to record your stream.
5. What we ask of you
- Follow TikTok's own rules. If your account is suspended by TikTok, most of what we do together stops working.
- Do not use Atlas to try to reach another creator's streams, clips, notes or brand files.
- Do not attempt to break, overload, or work around the security of the service.
- Do not upload anything to the dashboard that you do not have the right to upload.
- Be straight with us. We will be straight with you.
6. Who owns what
You keep ownership of your streams, your content, your name and your likeness. Nothing here transfers that to us.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process your recordings and content solely to provide the services in section 3. That licence exists so that the software can legally hold your video and show it back to you — nothing more. It ends when you ask us to stop or when you leave.
We would like to show your work in our own marketing sometimes. We will ask you first, each time. Silence is not agreement.
Aerolite owns the Atlas software, the Aerolite name and logo, and the website.
7. Brand assets and merchandise
Brand assets we create for you become yours to use once we deliver them to you in the dashboard. Use them wherever you like, including after you leave the network. We keep the right to show the work we did in a portfolio, subject to the asking-first rule above.
Work in progress is not delivered until a founder releases it, and unreleased drafts are not licensed to you.
We only make products our equipment can actually produce. If something cannot be made well, we will say so rather than sell it badly.
8. Money
Nothing on this website is an offer of specific commercial terms. Revenue share, fees and any other financial arrangement are agreed with you individually in writing before they apply. Using Atlas does not itself cost you anything.
9. TikTok is not part of this
Aerolite is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by TikTok or ByteDance. Your relationship with TikTok is governed by TikTok's own terms, and nothing here changes them.
If you connect your TikTok account to Atlas, that connection is made through TikTok's official interface, you approve the specific permissions on TikTok's own screen, and you can disconnect it from TikTok at any time.
10. Ending the relationship
You can leave whenever you want. Tell any founder. On the way out, tell us what you want done with your recordings, clips and statistics and we will do it — hand them over, delete them, or both.
We may close an account that breaks section 5 in a serious or repeated way. Except where someone is being harmed, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to fix it first.
Sections 6, 7, 12 and 14 survive the end of this agreement.
11. Availability, and what we do not promise
Atlas runs on hardware we own. We work to keep it up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, and there will be maintenance and occasional faults.
In particular we do not promise that every stream will be captured. Recording depends on TikTok, on the network, and on our own systems, any of which can fail. Treat Atlas as a very good record of your streams, not a guaranteed one, and keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
We also make no promise about growth, earnings, follower counts, or results of any kind. Anything we say about what might be achievable is an opinion, not a commitment.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Aerolite is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost earnings, lost followers, or lost recordings. Our total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. For a change that materially affects your rights — especially anything in section 4 or 6 — we will tell signed creators directly and, where the change broadens what we may record, ask you to accept it again rather than assuming your earlier acceptance covers it.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If part of this agreement is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
